"A Lesson in Life"

Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck.

Illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity all occur to test the limits of your soul.

Without these small tests, if they be events, illnesses or relationships, life would be like a smoothly paved, straight, flat road to nowhere.

If someone hurts you, betrays you , or breaks you heart, forgive them. For they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to who you open your heart to.

If someone loves you, love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and opening your heart and eyes to things you would have never seen or felt without them.

Make every day count. Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can, for you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people you have never talked to before, and actually listen.

Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself, for if you don't believe in yourself, no one else will believe in you either.

You can make of your life anything you wish. Create your own life and then go out and live it.

"There is no such thing as a perfect relationship"

Admit it, no matter how hard you try to make it perfect things can really get rough along the way.

It doesn’t really boil down to compatibility. No matter how compatible two people are they can still end up in an abyss of conflicts and arguments.

There’s no such thing as a perfect relationship. There is always a mar, whether a permanent or temporary one, in whatever kind of relationship. If two people always agree on each other, then one of them is useless.

There will always be arguments, misunderstandings, and conflicts that will determine the foundation of a relationship.

These things are the external forces that will either strengthen or destroy a bond.

It is external because it’s beyond our control.

What is internal is how we deal with it when it occurs; dealing with these forces is within our control.

These are not signs if a relationship is right or not but rather, these are filters that separate the real long-term relationship from the fling type.

While there is no such thing as a perfect relationship, there is such a thing as a strong relationship.

The Road Which I Have Taken.............

Picture

"I bet every one has met such a road when you have taken a decision and changed your whole life for ever"

This ever green poem gives us a chance to look back in life and think about everything we could have ever been if we have taken the other track instead.

"But then its too late and in life there is no going back"

For some the two roads represent the person whom we chose to love and the one we chose to leave.

For some their dearest friends,

For some their school courses when we get a dilemma over selecting science over computer or commerce,

For some their carrier.

Well, there is nothing to be done about it now is there?

Lets stop regretting and live our life we chose to the fullest.

"The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Bob Marley - The Legend

To tell the truth the first song which I have heard was during my school days. One of the legends greatest master pieces – “Buffalo Soldier “but back then I never knew who the artist was.

Years later I get to hear about him in a movie by one of my favorite actor Will Smith – “I AM LEGEND”. In the movie he plays the songs “Stir It Up” “Three Little Birds” and even sings the number “I Shot the Sheriff” and “The Redemption Song” being played at the end of the movie.

‘Will’ tells in a way a story about the artist which I can never forget. He also calls the album greatest album ever made.

Excited I learn more about the artist and turned as a fan over night for Bob Marley.

I hope if all my viewers get to read his lyrics of all the above songs and about Bob Marley everybody will know how great he was and why I ever call him the legend.
